

Shayla appeared as Madame Pernelle in Tartuffe (February 2015), Kate Geoghegan in The Whiteheaded Boy (October 2014) was assistant stage manager for From Up Here (April 2015) and stage manager for The Man Who Couldn’t Dance in One-Act Play Festival~2014. Shayla Baldwin ’16 – Psychology major with a minor in Music. After Alma, Samantha hopes to work with children’s theatre.

While in high school she was a part of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Pride and Prejudice, Just Leave It To Us, The Sting, Candide, Love Labors Lost, Those Crazy Ladies in the House on the Corner, Auntie Mame and Our Gal Sal. Samantha was director of Prelude to Thirty-Five in One-Act Play Festival~2014 and appeared as Lauren in From Up Here (April 2015), Flipote in Tartuffe (February 2015), Becky/Betsy/Molly/April in The Heidi Chronicles (April 2014), Young Woman/Attendant in Force of Nature (February 2014), Elaine in Scripted in One-Act Play Festival~2013, Lena Truit in The Rimers of Eldritch (October 2013), Dora in The Importance of Being Earnest (April 2013), Woman in Compatible in One-Act Play Festival~2012, Betty Parris in The Crucible (February 2012), Mimi in Check, Please in One-Act Play Festival~2011, a member of the Chorus in Antigone (October 2011), did hair and makeup for The Whiteheaded Boy (October 2014), was props master for The Importance of Being Earnest (April 2013), light board operator for Almost, Maine (February 2013), dance choreographer and on makeup crew for Picnic (October 2012) and on wardrobe crew for Months on End (April 2012).

Samantha Arthur ’15 - Double majors in Business Administration and Theatre. Jake spent the summer of 2014 as a member of the acting company of Trumpet in the Land in Ohio. At Vicksburg High School, he appeared as Biff in Death of A Salesman and at Olympic Heights High School, he appeared as Sam in Personals, Al in A Chorus Line and Brindsley in Black Comedy. Originally from Michigan, he is a transfer student from New World School of the Arts in Miami, FL. Jake was director of Scripted in One-Act Play Festival~2013, appeared as Daniel in From Up Here (April 2015), Orgon in Tartuffe (February 2015), Eric in The Man Who Couldn’t Dance in One-Act Play Festival~2014, John Duffy in The Whiteheaded Boy (October 2014), Scoop Rosenbaum in The Heidi Chronicles (April 2014), Ed/Edward in Force of Nature (February 2014), Walter in The Rimers of Eldritch (October 2013), Jack in The Importance of Being Earnest (April 2013), Pete and Phil in Almost, Maine (February 2013), Man in Compatible in One-Act Play Festival~ 2012 and Hal Carter in Picnic (October 2012).
